Simone Biles is no slouch. She’s the most decorated American gymnast in history (count her 19 combined Olympic and World Championship medals), she has a crazy-hard tumbling move named after her, and she currently has a sweet spot on Dancing with the Stars. But hey, even super-successful people have items they’d still like to check off their bucket lists, and for Simone, that’s a relationship.
“I have never had a boyfriend in my life,” she told ET. “At 20 years old I feel like you should have gone through those things and gone on dates. I have been on like, maybe one proper date.”
There’s no concrete deadline for your first date or relationship (it could happen at five or 105, tbh, and both are totally fine).
Regardless of timing, actually, Simone’s “one proper date” happened recently — and it sounds like it was pretty awesome.
“I think it went OK,” she explained. She revealed the outing ended with a kiss and that there will “probably” be a second date.
“He’s got a good body,” she said. “I’m just saying, it’s — I’m just saying!”
Let’s just remember that Simone is the girl Zac Efron flew halfway around the world for (and kissed on the cheek!). Her romantic prospects are probably juuuuust fine.
