Jackson Mahomes, younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, is currently embroiled in a legal battle and rarely seen on social media due to the circumstance, but he made a rare appearance Thursday night to be the first to wish his sister-in-law Brittany a happy birthday.
Brittany, who turned 28 years old, shared Jackson’s birthday wishes to her Instagram Stories. The picture he posted was at a surprise birthday party Patrick threw for his wife.

Jackson, 23, has a preliminary hearing October 24 after being charged with three felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and one misdemeanor count of battery back in May.
He was caught on video forcibly kissing a woman, the owner of a restaurant bar, inside her office.
The preliminary hearing in the felony case for Jackson was supposed to be Thursday, but was pushed back nearly a month due to the judge contracting COVID-19.
