Users can now get their verification badge back by paying $8 for Twitter Blue. And most weren’t willing to pay.

Patrick was visibly affected by this move. “Let me get my blue check back,” Mahomes tweeted with a few laughing emojis this week. And Elon Musk couldn’t say no to the generational QB talent. Pat got his badge back without paying for it. “Appreciate it,” Mahomes retweeted.
