Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently settling into their new life as private citizens in LA. The couple has been to various other romantic and exotic destinations before getting married in 2018. After spending 3 years as husband and wife, they have picked up their top 5 romantic destinations that they’ve been to.
Botswana: The couple enjoyed a romantic getaway together when the former Suits star jetted out to Botswana to join Harry. He was spending the summer working on conservation projects in Africa. “It was, I think, about three, maybe four, weeks later that I managed to persuade her to come and join me in Botswana,” Harry said in their engagement interview. He also sourced the main stone for Meghan’s engagement ring from the country, so it is clearly a place that is close to both of their hearts.
Jamaica: Harry and Meghan both jetted into Jamaica in March 2017 for his close friend Tom ‘Skippy’ Inskip’s wedding. It was the perfect spot for a romantic break. Often the pair was spotted relaxing together on the beach and having fun at the wedding.
Norway: In January 2017, Harry is reported to have taken Meghan to the small Norwegian town of Tromvik. It’s an isolated place with no restaurants, cafés or even a shop. The couple is assumed to have stayed at the luxurious Tromvik Lodge, an idyllic spot that would have offered them panoramic views of the ocean and Northern Lights, where rooms cost £298 per night.
Canada: The couple has spent a lot of time together in Toronto, Canada, where Meghan lived while filming the TV show Suits. As well as giving them the chance to spend time together in privacy at Meghan’s home, Toronto was also the place where they made their first high-profile appearance, at the Invictus Games.
London: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were living initially after marriage. Not many know but London is another city where the couple’s relationship bloomed. The pair have experienced several low key dates at Soho House and the theatre. They were a few times spotted picking up their Christmas tree at Battersea Park together last
