Proud wife Simone Biles congratulates NFL husband Jonathan Owens on signing with the Green Bay Packers – just days after their Cabo wedding

Just days after getting married in Cabo, the safety signed with the Green Bay Packers.

Seven-time Olympic medalist Biles shared posted a photo to Instagram, celebrating the news.

‘Slight wedding content intermission to say GO PACK GO. So proud of you baby!’ Biles said of the move. ‘Here’s to new beginnings! Year 6! LFG!’

In the photos, Biles had already donned the Green Bay colors in a Packers sweatshirt as she draped herself over her husband as he signed his new contract.

He suited up for the Houston Texans from 2019 to 2022 after signing with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent after the NFL Draft in 2018.

Owens unfortunately injured his knee during a practice drill before his rookie season could even begin.

He and Biles tied the knot for a second time with a lavish ceremony in Cabo San Lucas last weekend.

The Olympian and her NFL star husband previously exchanged vows on April 22 in Houston, Texas to make their marriage legal ahead of their nuptials in Mexico.

‘We had to get married ‘legally’ here in the U.S. since our wedding will be a destination wedding,’ the gold medalist explained to a fan on Instagram.

Simone’s father Ronald Biles walked her down the aisle and the ceremony was officiated by her uncle Paul.

Guests included fellow gymnasts, Melanie De Jesus Dos Santos, Aly Raisman, Maggie Nichols, Madison Kocian, Jordan Chiles and and Katelyn Ohashi.
