Tyreek Hill has boldly doubled down on his claim that Tua Tagovailoa is a more accurate passer than two-time Super Bowl and MVP winner Patrick Mahomes.
It comes after Hill spent the season playing with Tagovailoa, following four years with Mahomes – where the two won a Super Bowl together and had been seen as the most prolific duo in the league.
While a surprising claim, it is not the first time that the wide receiver has made these comments, after also making the claim in last year’s pre-season when he first linked up with the Hawaiian.
The comments had also come after a down year for Mahomes in 2021, statistically the worse season in his career to date as some begun asking questions of him.
Still seen as one of the best quarterbacks of all-time though, Mahomes came back with an incredible 2022 season, leading the Chiefs to a Super Bowl championship and winning the regular season MVP award.
That came after the Chiefs traded away Hill, Mahomes’ most dangerous weapon at the receiver position, where he would himself go on to have an excellent year with the Dolphins
